Celestial Healing Yoga has emerged from Prosperity Health Center, a place where one can find a wide range of healing modalities such as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, chiropractic work and massage. Offering yoga is yet another way of supporting the community in our journey towards optimum health.
Celestial Healing Yoga is focused on the foundation of genuine and effective care. We are dedicated to each individual who comes through our doors. Therefore, we are passionate about offering quality yoga classes and a loving community to support you wherever you are in your journey.
We offer a full range of wellness classes at the studio including Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Pranayama, Beginners Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Chair Yoga, Energy Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Core Fusion, meditation, sound healing and many more! All classes are designed to restore and promote a better state of body, mind and spirit.
Not only do we offer weekly classes but we have a variety of upcoming workshops that you can attend on the weekends. If you are interested in teaching, we provide a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training with Celestial Healing Yoga. More details to come soon! Beginners Yoga: This is an introduction class to the wonderful practice of yoga. Beginners Yoga has a slower paced allowing students to focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come tune into your body and mind, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. Everyone is welcome no experience needed.
Smooth Flow: Smooth Flow is a fluid class that connects poses together while focusing on the breath. This class is open to all levels of practitioners. Variations of poses will be offered so that you will feel supported throughout the class. You will leave feeling open and filled with joy!
Gentle Flow: In this class, we focus on gentle movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness to help you cultivate peace, balance, and resilience in both body and mind. We will explore poses that enhance flexibility, improve posture, promote joint mobility, and emphasize fluidity and ease. Modifications are always incorporated as needed to respect our body's natural limits. This class is designed for individuals of all levels, including beginners and those seeking a more tranquil and rejuvenating yoga experience.
Chair Yoga: Chair Yoga is designed for anyone who is new to yoga or already practicing but seeking new ways to stretch, breathe and grow stronger in the body, mind and spirit. Joining a chair practice introduces a new community of people who come together to create health in the body, peace in the mind and an opening of the heart. This 50 minute class allows practitioners to explore how the chair helps inform posture, movement and breathing. Each class begins with meditation and breath techniques and explores flows (poses that are put together and work in harmony with the body) and strengthening of various muscle groups in a safe, nurturing environment.
Prana Fusion: This class combines Qi Gong, breathing techniques (Pranayama), Tai Chi and yoga poses in order to create a synergistic flow.
Barre: Stretch out, strengthen your muscles, and work your balance with your favorite moves from barre, yoga, Pilates & functional calisthenics.
